i made salsa.
3 green jalepeno peppers
1 habenero pepper
1 hot wax papper
3 finger hot peppers
1 whole bushel of cilantro
1.5 red onions
1 tiny sliver of green pepper
1 green tomato
several green onions.
blend thoroughly. it's about 60% pure hot pepper paste, 20% cilantro and 10% tomato and 10% onion. it's green. bright, unearthly toxic green.
...and completely without any semblance of flavor or spice. i am an utter failure.
it boggles my mind. i mean, 90% of it is stuff that's hot, yet it's completely mild. i think all the spice cancelled itself out or something. next time, i'm looking up a real recipe.
